We start from a simple premise: regeneration is what life has always done. And we are life.
Founded by environmentalist and author Paul Hawken, Project Regeneration offers a comprehensive approach to the ecological crisis — one that weaves together climate, justice, biodiversity, democracy, and human dignity into a single, coherent vision. Not as competing agendas, but as one tapestry.
At the heart of our work is Nexus — a living repository of solutions to the Earth’s greatest challenges, from rewilding and regenerative agriculture to indigenous sovereignty, compassion, and nature connection. We map not just what needs to happen, but how it all connects. Because solutions in isolation are not enough. The field needs to see itself whole.
We also believe in personal agency. Our Punch List tool invites anyone — individuals, schools, companies — to make a concrete, self-defined commitment to change. Not because one list will save the planet. But because when people commit to something, things happen.
