We believe that reconnecting with the natural world is not a luxury — it is a foundation for care, resilience, and meaningful action.
Through mindfulness-based programs, retreats, and a growing network of teachers, we help people slow down, attune to nature, and discover what becomes possible when awareness meets the living world. Our work draws on the teachings of Mark Coleman, Buddhist meditation teacher and founder of Awake in the Wild, and is grounded in research: participants in our programs consistently report less anxiety, deeper presence, and a renewed sense of connection — to the Earth and to each other.
We work with healthcare workers, veterans, youth leaders, educators, and anyone who senses that something essential can be restored through time in nature — held with intention.
