Eco Dharma Centre

Where the Pyrenees Become a Classroom

We are a retreat centre and learning community nestled in a wild and beautiful corner of the Catalan Pyrenees. For over a decade, we ran trainings, retreats, and study seminars at the intersection of Buddhist Dharma and radical ecology — exploring what it means to live in genuine solidarity with the web of life, and how the transformation of self and the transformation of the world are not separable.

In 2020, after ten years of work, we chose to pause.

Not to stop — but to go slow in order to go far. To reflect deeply on what the moment actually asks of us, rather than simply continuing what we had always done.

We believe that Eco-Dharma is not just a practice for individuals. It is a contribution to a broader shift — from a society based on hierarchy and domination to one grounded in cooperation, interconnectedness, and care for all living beings. That work continues, even in stillness.
