About Me

Mirjam Luthe, MA, supports individuals, groups, teams and projects with awareness- and compassion-based interventions to reconnect with self, others, and the natural world that we are part of. MA European Studies, BA Development Cooperation and NGO management (Spain). 15 years of consultancy work in international development cooperation, working and living on many continents, managing projects and supporting evaluations in multiple sectors. Certified Teacher in MBSR, MSC, Hatha Yoga (500 h), “Awake in the Wild” Nature Meditation, “Mindfulness-Based Sustainable Transformation”, “Earth Awareness Teacher Training”, CLARITY and EcoSattva Training. Coordinated the areas of teacher relations and international engagement at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion until 2020. Intervention trainer for dyadic meditation and mindfulness at the Social Neuroscience Lab, Max Planck Society Berlin. Contributing to ETH University Zurich’s MAS “Regenerative Systems” and the Living Systems Lab “Monviso Institute” in Italy. Mindfulness instructor at UC Irvine SSIHI. Mirjam speaks German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and basic Portuguese. She is a lover of being in nature, hiking long distance, biology, arts, music and dance.
